In this application note, the RASTRUM™ 3D Cell Culture Platform, developed by Inventia Life Science, has been implemented with the Alpha technology to establish a high-throughput 3D cell culture workflow using non-invasive and invasive breast cancer cell lines, which were assayed for cytokine release and intracellular kinases.
