PDAC Validated Solution Data Pack

Overview

The PDAC Validated Solution is part of the RASTRUM Validated Solution offering and provides a standardized 3D tumor–stroma co-culture workflow for generating PANC-1/G018 CAF and AsPC-1/G018 CAF models using the RASTRUM Allegro platform. The workflow supports drug response profiling, cell morphology assessment, and RNA preparation for downstream sequencing using optimized experimental conditions. This Data Pack contains example data for this reproducible 3D tumor–stroma model designed for translational research workflows.
