Fibroblast Activation Validated Solution Protocol Pack

Overview

The Fibroblast Activation Validated Solution is part of the RASTRUM Validated Solution offering and provides a standardized workflow for generating normal human lung fibroblast, NHLF, 3D cell models using the RASTRUM platform. The workflow supports TGF-β induction of fibroblast activation and validation of activated phenotypes via immunofluorescent staining and gene expression analysis under defined operating conditions. This Protocol Pack contains validated protocols for 3D NHLF model generation, TGF-β induction of fibroblast activation, phenotype validation by immunofluorescent staining and qPCR, and optional viability and imaging analyses.
