The Fibroblast Activation Validated Solution is part of the RASTRUM Validated Solution offering and provides a standardized workflow for generating normal human lung fibroblast, NHLF, 3D cell models using the RASTRUM platform. The workflow supports TGF-β induction of fibroblast activation and validation of activated phenotypes via immunofluorescent staining and gene expression analysis under defined operating conditions.
